A wild day out!

We were so proud of the Reception children who demonstrated amazing behaviour and maturity on our visit to Colchester Zoo.

Even when the coach broke down, the children listened to adults and adapted their plans as we made grass men at Margareting Village Hall.

We had an amazing day looking at the the animals that we have been learning about this term. 

We even got to feed the giraffes!

We are currently growing butterflies in our class room, so it was great to see the Butterfly House.

We enjoyed the day, but were very tired...
