We have had such a good surpise at school!

Miss Houghton brought in her Geckos from home for us to meet.

We are so excited!

We were lucky enough to hold and touch the geckos.

They had very soft bellies.

We learnt some interesting facts about them too.

Did you know that only some geckos have eyelids?

They also eat mice.

If they get scared or caught by a predator then they will drop their tails and run away.

They will then grow a new tail.
