Marvellous Maths

The children were very excited to wear 'Number' clothes and costumes to school for our Number Day. Our Maths Week ended well, with lots of fantastic costumes.

All week we learnt about British money. 

We found out that Queen Elizabeth II has her face on all of our coins and bank notes.

We talked about the different coins and matched the coins with their value. 

We enjoyed a selection of Maths board games.

We danced all the way to 100 with Spider-man

The shop was the highlight of the week,
and every child was able to count out the exact amount of pennies needed to buy a toy.
